All sockets wired radial, 2.5mm, lighting 1.5mm.

Question 1. Is it ok to have two radials on one CB? No more than 4 outlets on each radial.
Question 2. Is it ok to split a DIN rail on consumer unit into two ie, two RCCB on each row with correct labelling.
