Hi the shaving point in one bathroom stopped working, I have changed it for a new one but still not working. Things that don't charge in there do charge in our points in other bathrooms, wires look fine in the back?

Chris, to save yourself any more grief I would suggest your best bet is to locate and employ an electrician, messing with electrics for a DIYer is bad enough, in a bathroom it's even more imperative you get some professional help.

Pete 999 is correct but out of interest which type of shaving point are you talking bout???
If you've more than two bathrooms I'm sure you can afford to get a professional in to do the job properly.
well I only have use of one as the staff use the other I could never bring myself to use after they have used it. Thank you for help though.

Hi Chris - I have these in Castle Wilko and they have been perfect. If all the switches in the Consumer Unit are in the on position (up) then it's a wiring fault and time to get help :)
