Did a job today for a chap simple job swap 3 lights for LED 4 foot batons, wire 5 13amp sockets 4 inside 1 external all in a garage, clipped direct, nice you would think.
Well it isn't so nice now, took me about 6 hours, by the time I was finished I was nearly in tears, not from problems, but from pain, in my: knees, back, thighs, hips, I was fitting the external socket, kneeling down on cold paving slabs trying to get the screws to take hold, never knew a Human could hurt in so many places, easing a bit now, after a couple of pain killers and a nice Cotes Du Rhone, so don't feel to badly for me will you, no urine taking, just thought I would let you all know how my day went, if you are interested, then again that's doubtful. Have a nice day Guys and Gals, I didn't:(:po_O:eek::D

nice one pete. good to see you're getting out and about. the knees . back etc. are all a part of being old. the pain is worth the gain. no sitting vegetating , watching jeremy kyle and soaps. good on yer, wack.
