If the flow rate is X litres per minute at the water isolator upping the wattage of the shower is not going to change that.

I get a very decent shower summer and winter (and it gets a damned sight colder here than the UK) And my shower is only 4.7 KW!!! I can also adjust the flow rate on mine...lol!! Personally i'd never buy any electric shower and never have. At home, my water system is pressurised, in spring/summer the hot water side of things is heated by the sun and in winter by the CH boiler....

Why anyone would need anything like a 10.8KW shower, (apart from one upmanship with the neighbours) is beyond me!! lol!!
