Can you not just view/use your smart meter?

You can get clip on ammeter, but this won't be accurate because you need both volts and amps to get the watts (if you assume 230V , there is likely to be an error as the volts could be 230V, or 240V, or 250V etc), you also can't get the direction without including the voltage, so a clip on ammeter might say 10.4A , but you can't tell if it's export or import.
