It's not about willy waving cos someone is better, it's these simple things that can help you do a job more cost effective next time.

Check which way the wind is blowing before you leaf to go to the job,then leaf the boys in the van because there useless anyway, then dont leaf until you have found the fault and leaf the customer happy.
