The supply is a direct feed from the substation, I believe installed around 1990

To be sure you will have to ask the DNO (i assume its a DNO supply and not a private substation?)
It may be fused at the standard 400A with 200A fuses in the cutout, or it may be fused at 200A with solid links in the cutout, or something else.

Yes it is as DNO supply, and there are 200a fuses in the cutout
