Installing panel board, swa’s from 70mm to 16mm,all sub mains, using extension cableways, but struggling to terminate in the top areas, anyone know a better way, than steel trunking across the top of board.

Some boards have extension pieces you can buy that go on the top or bottom, to help with terminating wires.

Some boards, you can get expansions for the sides too.

Personally I like to see a DB as a standalone install. Trunking mounted under and cables then made off into the trunking.

When designing I want to make future maintenance as easy as possible and a straight DB change is far far quicker without loads of cables made of into it

They're wider than the standard side extensions, anything in particular going in them?

It was a customer supplied board,
All swa from above.
It is well future proofed. All outgoing ways to sub boards and only half populated.
Lovely job, all that space!!
