Test equipment for commissioning

What test equipment is the quickest and easiest to use when commissioning a system at the end of the job to get all required test results

so basically testing open circuit and short circuit along insulation resistance on the PV array, just wondered if there was a tester that perfoms all the test in a set sequence

Yes there are several out there but if you need to do irradiance tests then they can be costly.
