Well it should the serial nos on the 1653 is under the battery cover which you can see in the picture ,and looking at the picture i cant see any serial no .
Im not going to say its stolen , a few years ago i did some work for a company who bought in factory returns repaired them and resold them , and guess where they were sold yes Ebay and it was all above board it was from the likes of currys #pc world etc cost to much to repair so it was sold off at auction as not working spares or repairs so it could be one of these

Well guys,I asked very nicely if he had some better pictures. And the serial number...

His reply was " new no scratches have up thanks mick loaded new pics s no 1348283"

Just noticed he replied Twice... " brand new no marks 1348238 thanks mick"

if hes letting you collect and pay, from his home address  then i would give him the benefit of the doubt.
someone with stolen goods would only offer postage in my opinion

You would be surprised the front on these people, I picked a Kayak up in person bought of e bay and that was pinched, went to the house as well they just don't care.

The zero feedback sends alarm bells ringing, but hey hey could be legit I was just saying looked well iffy

If it is nicked, and if as suspected Widdler thinks it might be one of his old ones then its done some miles. Widdler is in Bracknell, Berks, and item is in Norwich. It may have been nicked but not by this seller, he may be selling in good faith.

It wasn't this item that I suspected to be stolen. Mine was a kt64, (a proper tester :p). I had however, seen a kt64 on eBay that raised my suspicion, and so i asked the guys on here if the serial number question was ever replied.
I asked the guy selling it last night anyways, to which he replied... 'sorry m8 packed it ready to send'

He was in LONDON area btw. Which may as well be next door from here.
