Don't know about RCBOs pc, but Contactum do a 3A, C curve MCB.

It seems easy to get MCB below 6A for industrial style boards, but not so many make them for home CU. Certainly not seen RCBO below 6A

AEG, Debflex, Lexman and Legrand make domestic 2A Dual pole MCB's but did not look any further on the Leroy Merlin web site to see if anyone else did, RCBO's are very difficult to find below 6A
