Might be worth while investing on a couple of slam locks

Just dont lock your keys or yourself in the back by mistake..........

Have one on my van after a mate who is a courier driver recommended.

Should've read page 2 lol

How about sticking a PIR alarm that are used for sheds in the back of your van. The ones you turn on and off with a fob. I bet they won't be expecting that going off when they open the back of the van after using a bump key.
Something like this maybe. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00QX0TJTY?psc=1

what is that geordie?

It's called a Crow Scarer.

It's a propane cannon

It has a timer that tells it to go BANG at regular intervals but you can dump that & just wire it straight to you van's door switch ........

It's also useful for shiftin the snow of the roof of yer hoose!!

I can recommend these mul T locks. Youll see them fitted on British gas vans. I have an ex British van which is where I first came across them.

Had an attempted break and they couldn't get past the lock. Looks like they had a big crow bar on it, bent the door right back but couldn't get past the lock.

So I fit them to my vans now, cost £280 for the set but there a top piece of kit. Cheaper than buying new tools.

Just bought one of these for the side door
Had two slamlocks fitted to side and rear doors and uprated drivers door lock with a garrison lock
Clifford 650 alarm going in next week with new electronic dead locks

I had a transit 15 years ago and I'm sure there was an issue with the locks releasing when the loom was cut that went to the rear door lock , a hacksaw blade could be used to cut it between where the rear door hinges , I think they brought out some modification , but not sure....

The main problem is that the standard door lock opens up everything and a tibbee key can be bought very easily
