The above links to document containing various manufacturers product torque settings. I hope it's useful to someone.

Further more, to my knowledge, there are only two vde torque screwdrivers on the market: Wera and Wiha, neither of which satisfy certain torque values presented in the above document. i.e. < 1 and >5 Nm or <1.2 and >3 Nm for t'other. How are we supposed to comply with manufacturers instructions if the tools are not available yet?

NOTE: I haven't checked the document against the manufacturers figures.

A cursory look at that Neweys table, there can only be a few % that are outside 1 - 5 Nm range.
If one really had to tweak fixings up to those settings, I guess you'd have to get your hands on extra drivers!

It's only threaded / nut terminals which require more than 3Nm, so you'd be doing that with a conventional torque wrench anyway. My torque screw driver (hex bit adaptor) goes up to 4Nm and cost me about £30 if I remember rightly.

I do have conventional torque wrenches from my mechanics days. However, the settings of less than 1 Nm could be of concern.

Is the £30 torque driver still available at or near that price? If so, where?

Okay, enough time spent, I've plumbed for the Wiha for £75.60 inclusive of pp & vat.

Tbh, it was a deal at a wholesaler and I've no idea (can't remember) what the brand is. I'll dig through some old tickets and see if I can find it. It's not insulated though, but then, we don't work live, do we?

OK I’m old fashioned. Why in the name of god do electricians need torque drivers? If you can’t tell a terminal is correct by feel then go find something else to do.
