Transocean interview- advice,hints and tips please.

Ive got an interview with Transocean for ART electrician soon which is Accelerated Rig Training programme apparently. Theres an aptidude test followed by and interview. Does anyone know what to expect from the test to help me prepare?

Ive been working so hard and spent so much money over the last year doing endless courses and trying to make inroads into the oil and gas industry and this is my first interview and what looks to be an amazing opportunity that I really want to make the absolute most of so any help or insights would be extremely appreciated.

Drilling sparks (Transocean own drilling rigs) deal with a lot of things including heavy duty motors (top drives etc), scr's (thyristor controllers for the motors). I don't know what the ART progamme is but my advice would be to brush up on DC motors and SCR panels.
What background do you have?

How did you go about applying for the positions mate? I've looked on Transocean's and Shell's website as I've heard they both do these scheme's but can't find any way of applying for them at all? How did you get on in the end?
