Just one more I think that's enough for now to much of a good thing, if you known what I mean

Ah yes @Pete999 youtube is the font of all knowledge! I see these yanks can't even be bothered to pull their own cables, I'm surprised it doesn't have a cup holder and a automatic gearbox.

@Pete999 you can't change your avatar. It's been like having the head teacher looking over the class - don't make me start a vote to reinstate Pete leaning against the kitchen counter with his birthday Tshirt on.

Done and dusted I'm afraid. But thanks anyway, I was fed up of that one anyway.

I assume that this is in a house I would take floor up rather than make holes in a ceiling unless it is being all re-plastered as no matter how good made good you can always see the difference.

Do they never let go? I would always feel that a little bit of tape was needed 'just in case'!

Easier to make a hole in ceiling and make good than take up a carpet or laminate. Biggest obstacle is explaining to the customer that you know what you are doing! "Trust me"

The harder you pull the tighter they grip. I've never lost a cable from the end of one unless I wanted it to come out. Easier to get the cable off the rod than tape, you just push the gripper down and out it pops.
