Going into the last year if the jib pay deal next year,I assume a vote will be needed to agree a new one beginning 2021.What union do I need to join to get a vote on this deal next year.Unite?

I was a Rep for Prospect the Union for Professionals, you could speak to Unite on the QT cos some firms although the can't sack you for being a TU Member, they could make your life difficult especially if you are the only one.
Does your firm pay JIB rates now. if yes I should think the JIB will circulate voting letters to members of your firm.

I know there was a vote last time because the ECA wanted to bring in an unskilled grade,it was rejected after a voteThe rates of pay are agreed between Unite and the ECA. I've never had a vote on it.
I think the strike action a number of years ago was the only vote we as JIB graded Unite members got.
