Hello All, i am trying to buy a 12 DC cable for my camping fridge but i cant seem to find one with the style of socket the fridge has. I was hoping someone might recognise it? It is an old fridge so perhaps this socket is out dated? It is for a 12V DC cigarette lighter cable.

Many thanks
Harry

I was going to say that I would be surprised for it to be C9/C10, because that was made specifically for 230V use under a tightly defined set of standards, and I would not expect any appliance manufacturer capable of making an absorption fridge to have selected it for 12V. But then, looking at that and what seems to be a C14 inlet above it (probably for 230V), the panel cutout doesn't fit the C14 connector, there are marks from it having been worked with hand tools and it's oddly close to the edge, and fridges don't usually have detachable cables, so the addition of connectors may have been a DIY modification by a previous owner. I am not sure that other fridge cable is equivalent, it might be a proprietary type that only fits their fridges.
