Using one boiler to heat 2 flats

I've been asked to complete some wiring on a couple units/ flats. There is one boiler and pump, to heat 2 separate heating systems. So the there's 2 programmers etc. What's the best way to go about this?

S plan? Treat each programmer output as a separate zone, you can have as many as you like, the fact the progs and stats are in different units makes no difference.

Yeah there's 2 s plan systems, so will I need a relay for the switch wires to the pump or can it just be connected as normal?

If the programmers are fed from the same supply and isolator, then no need for relays. If each prog is fed from different circuit then the valve SL outputs for each circuit will have to energise a relay, the N/O contacts of the two relays then energise the boiler SL.

You could supply the zone valve microswitches from the boiler supply. Then no relays required. Just some warning labels on the valves and any junction boxes where two supplies are present (as you would on a relay box if it was used).

Yes, and that would be a simpler solution if the valves are located in a common area. If the valves were localised within the units, it would need to be made abundantly clear that a supply is brought in from the boiler circuit that would be live even when the entire unit's supply is isolated. Also, both units' heating would be disabled while working on the valves in either.
