Washer/dryer pulley issue

hello,
Any advice is appreciated!

my washer/dryer‘s drum has been making a noise lately. I’ve taken the back off and the belt pulley seems to be kick out on either end on every half turn.There is nothing obvious that it is catching on and pulley feels tight. Any ideas on why this is doing it and how to resolve?

Look like the bearings have either gone or become loose. There seems to be an eccentric wobble at one point.

There are usually nylon rollers to support the front of the drum near the door.
It looks like one or all of these may have collapsed.

Or the rear bearing on the shaft has failed.
Spin the drum from the back and watch or video what's happening at the front of the drum.

Just noticed it says Washer Dryer, I don't think they have front drum support it's a double bearing at the, one of which has failed.
