There are usually nylon rollers to support the front of the drum near the door.
It looks like one or all of these may have collapsed.

Or the rear bearing on the shaft has failed.
Spin the drum from the back and watch or video what's happening at the front of the drum.

Just noticed it says Washer Dryer, I don't think they have front drum support it's a double bearing at the, one of which has failed.
