Just improved the mains set up @ local unit basically took out Henley blocks & reconnected into new smallest busbar unit.
This supplies 5 TPN DB & usual tests @ those DB’s will be done for the sub main supplies only.
Certification will be given for the above, will a Minor Works be ok.
 
In my opinion I’d have to err on saying no as MWC is really for changes/additions to final circuits not changing the supply characteristics for 5 consumer units. I’d love to be proved wrong though.
It’s a pain sometimes, a frequent similar irritation for me is swapping an MCB for an RCBO needing an EIC.

In this case I’d probably treat the bus chamber as a consumer unit and list the five ‘circuits’ and the test results on an EIC making it very clear what the scope is.
