What is the "explanatory leaflet" accompanying BS7671

I bought a copy of the wiring regs before doing a course. I was given a new copy on the course and so I wanted to sell my original copy. However it is always advertised as
"IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition : (BS 7671: 2008) (With explanatory leaflet)". I cannot find any leaflet or recall getting one.
Can anybody tell what it is and where I could get a copy?

Is it not referring to the corrigendum?

I am hoping that this is the case. It could be that somebody had to enter it on to Amazon when it first came out and just wrote explanatory leaflet and since then it was set in stone.
