I have a box in my bedroom, it's next to the mains which leads outside, u side there are green grounding wires, basically green wires, and there's a big metal plate. I keep getting shocks in my bedroom

As above, we would need a photo. When you say you are getting shocks in the bedroom, is this when you touch the 'green box/plate' thing?

If you would like our help please refrain from making rude assertions.
A picture paints a thousand words. If you're not able to supply a picture, please just say so.
Your trying to tell me to take a picture of something that could be protectionally dangerous, I'm good at other sciences just not electric science. Lol and indeed it does but it's not exactly anything more than what I've said.
Lol

Yeah just a photo. It can be taken from a few feet away don't worry.

Need one of these or a photo would be better

This is going no where without a picture

If you cannot show a picture then we can be of no help. If you are receiving shocks then seek the services of an electrician.
Think of the description I understand you may want to be precise but just a general thought will do, a wooden box with a mushroom metal plate that goes into the ground with ground green wires ?

These shocks you are getting - are they when you touch something?

It's OK lads, just remembered where it was I left my teleportation prototype. Gaz - if I DM you my address can you post it back?
