No that doesn't incorporate the RCD. What is it for.

No, the one in the link you posted doesn’t incorporate RCD protection.

Its an RCD spur , you can still buy them from most wholesalers and DIY sheds

Can you post a pic. of the fuse box that supplies this 'switch', and indicate which fuse/MCB?RCBO feeds it.
