UK Whats the best certification software?

Hi, i'm looking for peoples opinions on certification software that ideally runs smooth on a iPad and can be used offline.
I'm currently using the NICEIC website for certificates but would rather do them on-site

Tysoft Easycert. Been using it for years. Always gets updated.
Works on iPhone, iPad or Android, and on desktop.
You've always got copies of previous certs to hand. Can email certs. Customisable drop down lists.

David Savery has just done a video on YouTube about this, he has links to a few other videos about the ones he hasn't used, so worth a look (providing you're not too sensitive to swearing and stuff)

Castline Formfill for ipad is what I've been using. Does offline forms and has the dropdown boxes etc. also handy that you can customise the look of the forms too.
