Brilliant core drill use this type myself it also has 2 settings on it for the range of different core bit sizes
My old man uses those for installing uPVC and whatnot. Good strong drills.
 
I got a nice used Metabo core drill on Ebay for about £60.
 
There is a decent core set that screwfix do. Comes in a lil nifty box. Titan or something. It's around £50. Then I have a 110v dewalt sds just for coring/chasing. Coring is one of my least favourite jobs. Just make sure to charge accordingly :D
