No it's run by ex supermarket managers who can't fix phones and don't communicate with each other, staff moral in BT can't get much lower, especially with the chairmans big bonus and the poor pay offer to staff
 
that no bad the Direct labour dept of council I worked for had an EX bus driver take over the workd dept didnt have a CLUE
