Bloody hell. That was more than lucky.

Stick a strongly worded letter through to Wylex threatening legal action along with a bill for quite a lot more than you'd usually charge to sort this out if someone phoned you to say "Errrrr, by board is on fire, can you help?" and demand an answer within 14 days.
