recently brought a new Wylex RCBOb NHXSS1B16

It has not come with a earth tail like all the older NHXSBS1B16 but had the neutral tail.

Do I just connect the earth from the cable I’m feeding into the earth bar ?

Just curious tbh ....
 
Provides a reference to earth for the protective device.
yes, but why do some have them and others don't. a bit like a rottweiler without a tail. it can still bite.
