recently installed underfloor heating in my glass room 16m2 the under floor heating is 1800w which im told is 160w per square metre anyway issiue is its not reaching the temprature im calling for in fact ive never got it above 22 degree c it can take about 8 hours just to reach 19 any help please

Rip it up or install an additional heat source. I would never rely on electric UFH as a primary heat source....more to just take the chill off of the flooring.
 
Hi - according to a little heat loss calculator I used, a glass room 4x4 with 12m of it external walls will likely need about twice that power, sorry. My suggestion would be to add some infrared rads mounted high on the walls.
 
If you've got a 16m2 area with 1800w of heating then that's only 110w/m2 which is no where near what is required for a primary heating source from Electric UFH. If you have tiles you should have around 3200w/m2 at 200w/m2. If you have any other floor finish then you should have 2560w at 160w/m2.

It appears whoever supplied this for you may have made a mistake on the "primary heating" aspect you wanted.
