vinny electric

hi i done a job a few weeks ago where i changed all gu10 50 watt spot lights in a house to LED 3 watt spot lights,i done this for energy savings for the customer...
but this is the thing i got a call from the customer to say when she turns on the bathroom light which is a 2d fitting the lights in one of the rooms closest to the bathroom flicker on for a second even when this light is off. as far as i can see they share a common neutral is this down to when the d2 fitting is first turned on it is pulling a heavy current which is causing a little back feed on the neutral and the new bulbs are only 3 watts they are picking this up. which when the old bulbs where in they where 50 watts so problem did not show its self. this is all i can come up with any and all comments are greatly welcome.

cant see how that whould change it as the starter still needs to start up the bulb ????????
