A good customer wants an identical electric heated towel rail to save the holes in the tiles fitting a different sized one.

Any suggestions appreciated as I've not had any joy on google.

Not wanting to be an arse...but if they aren't redoing the entire bathroom, and are obviously happy with design of current towel rail, why does it need changing?
Just curious more than anything. If the element has gone, is it not possible to just change that?

They aren't redecorating the bathroom. They asked for a replacement towel rail, and I can't be sure of getting the right sized element that will fit it, so I wil go with a like for like replacement if possible.
