    explaining to customers

    How do you explain earth bonding to customers? I tend to get blank stares or grumbles about its been like that for years why should I bother now!! More clarity and less ambiguity seems to be creeping in, maybe even in the 18th edition we might see more of the book providing some proper guidance for the average working sparky...
