Hand made light fitting

Done a re wire recently and went back to do the finals and fit few lights. The client wants me to fit 3 hand made lights just like the pic below. Im not too sure how to earth it, there is a earth terminal on the top fitment where you screw it onto the ceiling. Also theres no fix connection on...

Hand Cream.

Chaps, Suffering a lot lately with dry and split hands and they are really sore. Now, i do generally have this problem and tried allsorts but at the moment, i use the Neutragena norwegian formula hand cream which kinda helps a bit. Does anyone use anything in particular that they would care...
