    7W heater/lamp for loft space next to boiler??

    Recently had a my boiler fixed which is located in the roof space. He recommended that i get a 70W heater/lamp installed near the combi boiler due to the cold temperatures this time of year to stop any condensation type problems inside. Does anyone have any suggestions what he might mean?
