Hi all,
I have been asked if I can provide a Temporary electrical supply certificate for a festival beer tent where the supply is from a portable generator.
I think that this comes under BS7909, is this correct & if so what is required on the certificate?
Waiting on an MEM memshield RCBO to come home but until it comes home I need a temporary MCB or RCBO to fit. Anbody know what make will fit? It's a MEM 3-phase board.
What is the maximun period between certification of temorary supplies and what would i do if i found a fault with the equipment durring the certification period?
Cheers

Saw this going up from my office window today:
I can only hope it's going to be resited when things calm down - the panels are actually almost overlapping so will shade all but the front ones until around midday at midsummer! And they seem to be held on with some bent metal at the bottom and...
