For the second time in two weeks, I've come across 120v at an outlet. First time in a lighting circuit wired in singles where someone had wired the line back to the start to form a line ring but nuetral spur - I gues that then made all the lamps series rather than parallel??
This time, I 've found what appears to be a spur to a bathroom fan heater reading 120v and a single socket outlet (again seems to be a spur) both reading 120v. Going back on friday to sort but would appreciate some wisdom as to simple things to look for before I end up taking out all of the bungalow's loft insulation trying to trace the cause.
Many thanks
