Hey guys , on the 2391 exam who knows the answer to the 3 tests regarding the sense of touch , Ive got a feeling a feeling that its not an option for a voltmeter
 
On last weeks exam, one question asked for 3 examples of an inspector using the sense of touch.

Damaged cable sheath or accessory ~ ie cracked socket face
Overheating
Unsuitable erection method ~ ie loose CU
Damaged cable entry ~ Sharp edges
IP2X contravened.

There are a couple of others but they escape me at the moment.

Most of the above should be done with power isolated & as part of initial verification.

As Des has pointed out smell & hearing should be utilised too.

the allowed senses (according to c&g) are, touch, smell, sight and hearing......taste being the no no!

wow that was a bit weird of them its normaly 3 types

trust good old c&g to make things different

they just change their cert numbers i.e 2360 to what ever it is now days for level 2

they must of been bored that day
