Hey,
I had a quick look though the forum and although there was a few bits about 3 phase inverters nothing quite answered the questions I had.
So we plan to do our first 3 phase job… we have done hundreds of the usual 4kw etc… the job will be 30 panels (250watt) and we plan to use a 7000 Soalr Edge inverter as per there design, now I know I should (and I will call the manufacturer and the NIC to check this over but I wanted some opinions on here as well)
Now it is a 3 phase supply coming into the property so am I right in saying I would wire out of the inverter (AC side) directly into a 3 phase meter using 5 core cable (I Assume we would have to use SWA ? even though this will be running though the house ? ) then I run into an isolator as per usual (one that can handle 3 phases of course) then from there straight into the 3 phase consumer unit ? same as usual but we have 2 extra wires…. Or am I missing something ?
Thank you
