How about the jumper settings, one is turned off in the first sequence, and looks like all are off in the second. Have any been accidentally moved?

The bit you circled doesn't see to match up with the colour coding on the diagram, I've used the jumpers as co-ordination for pasting in your board next to it.

It does match the diagram, orange yellow and blue for terminals A, B and C which is a low voltage external control. Then two greys for X and Y which is a network connection for a centralised control system.

How those three LED lights flash is a code to report a fault using the built in test functionality. Please could you describe and/or film what these three lights are doing.

What are the full details of your AHU?
