There was a recent thread here alternately slagging/praising Screwfix. I would like to report that Screwfix recently donated a four figure sum to the Men's Shed charity branch where I am involved, and the first digit wasn't a 1.
Maybe rounding up your online orders to the nearest pound isn't a gimmick after all!
Working with tight budgets, this was a great donation which will help us deliver the service we strive for, and I am happy to inform you of this, whether you use them or not.

The screwfix foundation is good, they gave loads of materials and tools to a local charity that works with disabled kids to do some work on one of the buildings and spruce up the outdoor area. Again the donation was quite sizeable. I always buy the raffle tickets in store now I know what it goes towards

I always round up on my online 'click and collect' orders too, not much but it all adds up. It's great to know some good comes of it.
