Hi All

Im looking at getting an angle grinder but i am unsure what size to go for. It will be cordless 18v bosch but i dont know which size will best suit my work load. I work on new builds so i need it to cut, cooker hoods, tail protection, minor chasing(just tail runs), light duty tray, core drill sleeves. At the moment i use sds for chasing and a hacksaw for the rest.
Any help would be appreciated.

I should imagine the Bosch 4.5" will be plenty.

Just out if interest, what do you use here?

It's from eddies about 5mm thick 3 meters long. It looks like a flat piece of metal with a channel In the middle for cables. Don't worry we don't use capping were qualified not 5wws

If you have batteries, go for the bare unit
Bosch GWS18-125VLIN 18v Cordless Angle Grinder 125mm Bare Unit

If you want batteries, for for this one, same but with batteries and box etc.
Bosch GWS 18-125 V-LI 18v Cordless Angle Grinder 2 x 4.0ah Li-ion

its a natts whisker really isnt it, well 10mm to be picky, its hardly going too be much different. Everything I own is Bosh so will be going for one of these at some point, I have got a corded one, but not cordless and I have to say it would be very useful if it was cordless.

FFX is probably your best place to buy it from too, most of my stuff comes from there.
