In a domestic situation where dwelling would be used for air b & b would it still be classed as single dwelling? Would it be classed a comericial dwelling as people staying there and paying , also would there be requirement for surge protection , I Would assume so , as items in property value, could easily be more than value of SPD? Also ruining cables cable tied together 2 rings and two lighting circuits does grouping have to be applied ?

Thanks
