Hi All

Bought a couple of click mode white plastic switches and changed one gang in a three gang 2 way to an intermediate. The switches do not now line up (The intermediate sits proud of the other two switches by about 1mm. I have called Scolmore who are looking into it but has anyone else come across this, is it normal as it is a different type of switch?

fit the intermediate in the centre slot. that way it will look balanced.

eaton premera seem to do the same, the switch modules infact look identical from behind just with a different rocker so that's probably why, I didn't think the two companies were related though

From the back, the modules look very similar to the old MEM Delta range. I presume that Scolmore bought the pattern from MEM/Eaton.

I've tried Click Mode, but didn't like the brand at all.

I recently fitted a 20 amp DP switch to a storage heater circuit as a replacement for an unswitched connection unit, but had to go back to replace it just a week later after the live terminal on the load side began burning (yes, the terminal connection was tight!)

I wouldn't rate Click Mode any better than the crappy LAP range that Screwfix sell.
