Bathroom extractor problem!

Hi guys, I need to put an extractor fan in this bathroom which is a single extension with a flat roof and the only place to put it is between the window and shower head, which I know is not acceptable according to the regs. DILEMA, any suggestions? Can't upload the photo. But basically the only place for the fan is in zone 1 right next to the shower head on the outside wall!

Can you not use a ceiling mounted fan and have the actual fan in the loft or room above, hence remote from the bathroom?

Flat roof mate!

depending on which way the joists run, you could maybe ceiling mount and duct out above ceiling to outside wall, or bore straight up and fit a roof thingy.

Maybe wrong (as usual) but couldn't an extra low voltage extract fan be fitted?

Same asTel, fit in ceiling and duct through fascia with a flapped outlet.
