Boiler and Heat Pump change over

Please does any one know where I might be able to get an off the shelf controller to switch between the operation of a heat pump and a boiler at a particular external temperature. Ideally the temerature would adjustable and the controller would need a time delay function to prevent frequent switching.

I was considering a Mitsubishi Ecodan W85 air source heat pump.

I could supply you with a simple temperature controller with an adjustable differential to give the time delay C/W temperature indication 0oC to +40oC
