Just use the cheaper one.the other one is bgoing under ground in ducting.

Most EV charger manufacturers recommend a Belden or Belden equivalent cable to extend the CT clamps, you don't really want to go against manufacturer's recommendations. I'd check your Manufacturers data.

How much do you need? I could post you some external CAT5e at cost.
That's really kind @Strima . I was about to PM you to talk prices, but I've just realised there's loads of it around. 30m for £10 delivered, so I'll go for that. Again, thanks though, top bloke for the offer ?

Never heard of Belden cable to be honest?

I use external rates.cat6 shielded. In networking its.good for 100m runs but longest i have done is 45ish m if worried use 2 pairs and join whites and join colours to increase csa.
Mainly use ev ultra now as it has it inside

Use whatever the manufacturer states (e.g. Zappi uses Cat 5, while Pod Point use a 2-core cable) Anything else could produce inaccurate results!

He's probably got it sorted by now!

I love Honeywell Galaxy alarms. Also Belden type cable is often found poorly or incorrectly installed, usually where the screening is concerned.

I love Honeywell Galaxy alarms.
I used to love working on them. A few years ago I had to reprogram a 500 zone school from scratch when someone set an rss password but mistyped it and couldn't work out what they typed. After that I spent far too much time reverse engineering the firmware and working out various back doors so I'd never have to go through that experience again. There's a bit of software I wrote floating around the alarm community for resetting manager and engineer codes on G3's and Dimensions. If you don't have it already then PM me.
