Charges for Letting Agencies?

Hi there all,
I have been going around some letting agencies advertising my services as a newly started company. Some have asked for me to supply them with prices for my services. Bit stupid, but i was a bit unprepared for this as i was just going in for an informal chat.
Just wanted to put it out to you guys to see if anyone else works with letting agencies and wether you could let me know what type of charges you give out. I am a sole trader at the moment and live in the south east. I can imagine agencies can be a cut throat business.

I'd give them prices per point cutdown a little but add a line that fault finding is £x per hour. If they ring you send them an email that the basic price is £x assuming that the job is exactly what is stated in their request
