I had already looked everywhere and I was entering my card details on the megger website to pay £26.40 for 20 tips when I decided to have one last look when I found these.
10 for £8.49, postage included.

Megger Pack of 10 GS38 spare tips for test leads

Thought it might be useful for someone out there having the same trouble as me.
