For me i'd try and save a little and get a decent one, like the Fluke t5-1000 or the T5-600 that is a little cheaper. You pay for what you get end of day.
Not really for £30 to be honest. There is a slightly cheaper option then the Fluke T5, the 321~ £65 AC only or the 322~£75 AC/DC!
T5 is the best multi meter although sometimes it is hard for the fork assessing the phase conductor. You could also buy the Kewtech KT200 for around £50 – not quite shore if it is a good one.
