Hi All
Can anybody help i have just been to a house where there are 5 2 arm wall lights i a room with new crompton 4 watt ses candle lamps fitted and with the switch off 1 lamp has a low glow to it all the time until turned on also when a switch in another room which is on the same circuit is turned on the candle lamps flash on and off. Any ideas?

Try having a search on the forum for LED glow.
You should find posts relating to the generation of a minor voltage on the cable causing the low energy lamps to glow faintly.
